It’s pretty common for us to hear from hiring managers that a primary concern about implementing an online selection tool is that people will drop out.But if your application process leaves behind 20% of your candidates  that’s probably a good thing. For some jobs, that number may need to even higher. The truth is, not everyone has the mental capabilities to perform even simple, entry level jobs.

What’s more, candidate completion rates in no way correlate with business results.

Business results like improved customer service, increased sales, repeat business and customer satisfaction are the business of everyone in your organization, and there’s no correlation between high candidate completion rates and these results.
